Dreamland Toys Shipping Policy

At Toyslandkids, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping to all our customers across India. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy for full details on how we handle your orders and deliveries.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM IST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak shopping periods (festivals, sales, etc.), please allow 1-2 additional business days for processing.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to ensure your convenience. The exact delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

  • Same-Day Delivery (select cities): Available on selected items and areas. Orders must be placed before 12 PM IST.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on factors like location, weather, and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over ₹999 within India.

  • Express Shipping: Charges apply based on location. Prices are calculated at checkout.

  • For orders under ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be charged.


4. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order status on the carrier’s website or using the tracking link provided in the notification.


6. Shipping Address

  • Please verify your shipping address during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or lost packages.

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipment.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery at support

  • We will help you file a claim with the courier company and arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
